Casino hotel policies

Check-in & check-out

Check-in at the casino hotel begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrival and late departure can be requested and are offered subject to availability.

Age & identification

• The lead guest on every casino hotel reservation must be at least 21 years old.
• A valid government-issued photo ID and a payment card in the guest's name are required at check-in.
• The gaming floor, Table Talk lessons, Gold Leaf Bar and Jackpot Lounge are restricted to guests aged 21 and over. ID may be checked at any time.

Deposits & cancellations

• The first night's rate is charged as a deposit when you book.
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your arrival date.
• Cancellations within 48 hours, and no-shows, are charged one night's stay.
• Packages and special-event rates may carry different terms, shown at booking.

Children & families

Children stay free in their parents' room when using existing bedding. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times, may use Moonflower Pool until 7:00 PM and are not permitted on the casino hotel gaming floor.

Pets

Trained service animals are always welcome. Other pets cannot be accommodated.

Smoking

Jackpot Jasmine is a fully smoke-free casino hotel, including all rooms and the gaming floor. A designated outdoor area is available beside the Night Garden. A $250 cleaning fee applies for smoking in rooms.

Parking

Valet parking is free for overnight casino hotel guests. Day visitors may use valet or self-parking at posted rates. EV charging is available on garage level one.

Accessibility

Accessible rooms include roll-in showers, visual alarms and lowered fixtures, with step-free routes to every public area. Please share your needs when booking.
